Open Shop - Every Tuesday & Thursday
The club's workshop is open to members every Tuesday
& Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30. The cost
of working at the club is $2 per evening.
Some silversmithing supplies are available for purchase, however you may want to bring your own. All tools and rough stones are available at no additional charge.

Chain Making
Bob Danielson has an
ongoing chain-making class each
Tuesday night during Open Shop. It
typically takes three
classes to finish a project. Cost
is $25 and includes all chain making
supplies. Great class for gaining
soldering experience.
Beading Clutch
The bead bunch, headed by Joanna
Baker, meets on the
third Wednesday of each month at
4:00 to 6:00 pm. This is a
group of beaders and jewelers
sharing talents and
ideas with each other in a "non-class"
environment. Come join them and bring
your beading or jewelry project to work
on. Cost $2 regular shop use fee.
Jewelry Making Class
These classes will take place when
a minimum of four students
are signed up for each class. Joanna
Baker will be instructing
the assembly of several different
jewelry pieces, including a
beaded eyeglass holder, headpin earrings,
2-strand bracelet, Christmas bead
chain necklace, etc. Costs vary and
include all materials and supplies.
- June 11: Beaded
Eyeglass Holder - $25

Earrings - 2 pair - $25
- October 15th: Beaded
Two-strand Bracelet - $25
- December 10th: Embellished
bead chain - $30
Wire Wrap Class
The wire wrap class is currently
full and will take place soon.
If you’re interested in learning
wire wrap, stop by the
Clubhouse and sign up for the next
available class. We need
6 to make each class which is typically
held over two successive weeknights.
Cost is $30 and includes enough silver
wire for two projects. Class dates
and instructor TBD.
Beginning Silversmithing
Ah!...finally. The class everyone
has been waiting for. Peggy
Maloney, professional art jeweler
and silversmith instructor,
will be teaching a basic silversmithing
class on Wednesdays, May 14th thru
June 11th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The cost is $145.00 which includes
all materials and supplies to produce
finished silver jewelry. Club tools
are available for use in the class
at no extra charge. Contact Peggy
