One idea is serve our members is to extend their annual membership by the number of months we will suffer closure. If you purchased your membership last December, then it would expire on March 31 instead of Dec 31.
Any other thoughts, ideas?
We do not have current membership data as of the end of March, but did receive a couple online payments this month. In general we expect membership income to take a 25% or greater hit under these circumstances. This is where online service to our members becomes helpful.

Hi Jama, I have not touched the database since the club closure, fyi. Should I continue to wait on sending reminders, or should I modify the content to suggest paying online?

Hi Liz. Letting membership go idle for now is fine, and because people are suffering from isolation, tragic news, and financial hardship, this is also a time for us to NOT solicit funds or send reminders. Our turn will come, but right now charitable dollars are best spent on emergency, disaster, and health response.
