I.  Four Corners Gem and Mineral Club (FCG&MC) collects information from you when you fill out our membership form. Information such as your email address, full name, and address. This is an OPT-IN arrangement meaning that by filling out the form you choose to allow us to collect this information. At this time you do not have to join the FCG&MC to use this site

II.  FCG&MC will NEVER knowingly sell, distribute or otherwise release your submitted information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.

III.  WEEBLY.COM is the host for this site. No information (data, pictures or other content) will be knowingly posted on the site that is in violation of WEBS.COM policies, privacy statements, or applicable rules/regulations. DURANGOROCKS.ORG will comply with all WEEBLY.COM policies, and privacy statement.
